The qualified connection systems from Lagra Systemtechnik include not only fittings for protective conduits but also various plastic cable glands. The cable glands made of high-quality materials are ideal for use in industrial cable protection. Depending on the model, they are certified with protection class IP67, IP77 and IP68, making them extremely resistant to liquids and dusts.

Lagra Systemtechnik offers both the most common standard versions of plastic cable glands as well as variants with special features. For example, glands for quick assembly and those with an integrated PTFE pressure compensation element or solid rubber sealing insert are available. In addition, there are special glands for the high-temperature range, which have first-class thermal and chemical resistance, as well as for industrial sectors in which food is handled and increased attention must be paid to hygiene. Furthermore, suitable variants can be obtained for UL-CSA applications as well as for EX-EMV applications where flammable substances such as gases, mists, vapours or dusts are present in ignitable concentrations, such as in the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Lagra Systemtechnik offers cable glands made of polyamide 6 (PA 6) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). Seals are made of PTFE, acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), fluoroelastomers (FPM), silicone (SI), thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) and polyurethane (TPU) as well as chloroprene rubber (CR). The fittings are available in the thread types metric, armoured pipe thread (PG) as well as K-KV-FIX and FRONTFIX. Some of them are also available with a long thread, NPT thread or anti-kink sleeve.

Plastic cable glands from Lagra Systemtechnik can be obtained with metric threads in sizes from M12 to M63 and with armoured conduit threads from PG07 to PG48. K-KV-FIX and FRONTFIX cable glands are available in sizes from M16 to M40, depending on the model.
