Lagra Systemtechnik offers complete cable protection systems whose individual components are perfectly matched to each other. For example, the matching metal cable glands are available for all cables offered. Depending on the model, the products with IP68 or IP69K protection are made of robust and resistant materials. This makes them ideal for use in the areas of plant, vehicle and machine construction, automation and special applications such as railway construction (EN45545-2), EX-EMV and UL-CSA.

Some metal connectors also have special features such as large clamping ranges, solid rubber sealing inserts or seals with clamping cages for high-temperature applications, which make them suitable for use in areas with strict hygiene regulations or increased risk of explosion.

Depending on the model, the metal cable glands from Lagra Systemtechnik are made of nickel-plated brass or stainless steel. The sealing rings are made of silicone (SI), thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) and polyurethane (TPU) as well as polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), VITON or chloroprene rubber (CR). All metal fittings are offered with metric thread. In addition, some models can be obtained in the thread type armoured pipe thread (PG), inch, NPT (National Taper Pipe - a common pipe thread in the USA) or with long thread.

Depending on the exact variant, Lagra Systemtechnik offers metal cable glands with metric threads in sizes between M8 and M120 and with armoured conduit threads from PG07 to PG 48. Long threads are available in sizes M12 to M63.
