Mainfix conduit fittings for corrugated tubes

Lagra Systemtechnik offers qualified cable protection solutions for industrial connection technology. The extensive product selection includes fittings, reducers, connectors, jumbo connectors, sensor fittings, EMC adapters as well as 45° and 90° connection brackets to match each corrugated conduit. In addition, combined conduit-cable fittings and compatible flange connections, strain reliefs, conduit holders, conduit-tube connectors and end sleeves can be supplied for the corrugated tubes. The same applies to separable fittings and locknuts as well as Y-distributors, T-distributors, corrugated tube holders, retaining rails and scuff guards.

The corrugated conduit fittings are made of high-quality materials and are suitable for professional electrical installation in accordance with IEC EN 61836. Depending on the model, they are available in protection classes IP50, IP66, IP68 and IP69K and are optimised for a wide range of applications. They are used in the fields of automation as well as in plant, vehicle and mechanical engineering, but also in special applications such as railway and shipbuilding (EN45545-2 (HL2)). In addition, glands for corrugated tubes can be obtained that are suitable for retrofitting and for UL-CSA applications.

Fittings and accessories for corrugated pipes from Lagra Systemtechnik are made of high-quality materials that are highly resistant to chemicals, oil, UV and weathering. In addition to corrugated tube fittings and accessories made of nickel-plated brass, models made of polyamide 6 (PA6; UL94 V0)) and galvanised steel are also available. Metric threads, inch threads or PG threads (steel conduit threads) can be selected as the thread type. For sensor screw connections, the thread adapter vesions AMPHENOL (AMP), BURNDY, UNEF as well as metric fine threads are available. Furthermore, in addition to straight, 45° and 90° connection angle fittings, the range also includes flange connections and strain reliefs with rigid and rotatable external threads as well as special hose-pipe connectors for metric pipes.
